Shipping and Returns
General:

Delivery time:
- The delivery of the products purchased on the website will be made to the address registered by the Customer in the field "shipping address" field and may take approximately 7 working days. From the shipment:
- Standard Shipping is 5 to 7 business days and at no additional cost for deliveries within Mexico. For deliveries outside the national territory the delivery will have a cost of $1,000.00 Mexican pesos.
- Free Shipping is 5 to 7 working days free of charge as long as the delivery is within the national territory.
Billing:
- If you want to invoice your purchase, you must send the following information BEFORE the 25th of the month you made your purchase to ventas@sizerelectric.com.
- Order number.
- Name or Company Name.
- Tax domicile.
- CSF tax status certificate
- Payment methods (credit or debit card).
- E-mail (to send the Invoice).
- Use of CFDI.
Of the return:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, as long as they are due to manufacturing defects, the product is in perfect condition as received, without signs of use and with all its original accessories, remembering that the cost of the courier for return will be absorbed by the customer.
EXCEPTIONS:
The following are the exceptions where a purchase refund would apply.
- Due to lack of inventory.
- Any cause of force majeure, including theft or loss to the logistics provider, who is in charge of delivering the purchased item(s).

The shipment of the product is at the exclusive charge of the CustomerThe amount of $150 with IVA included, which will be paid at any branch of BANCO BANAMEX to the CLABE account 002180702103808587 in the name of Sizer Electric S.A. DE C.V., within 10 working days after sending the refund request email, so please send an email to info@sizerelectric.com notifying the payment attaching the scanned deposit slip showing the bank's receipt stamp.
In order to make the reimbursement, the Customer is required to provide the following information in this e-mail:
- The bank account number.
- Full name of account holder.
- E-mail and telephone number (ten digits).
- Photo or scan of the purchase note or invoice.
- Official identification.
Upon receipt of the product, the refund will be made through a bank deposit to the data indicated by the Customer in the email. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REIMBURSED.
